UPDATE:
As much as i ~heart~ OurBlogTemplates, I do wish they'd go back and fix their older templates, so that I don't have to do the following every time I switch:
- I like the Blogger NavBar!
- I want the quick edit pencil!
- Ditto the "email this post" icon! (same as above, look for "email-post-icon" and replace with icon18_email.gif)
- Do I have to fix comments every. single. time?

Pretty. I like the green. And I seem to remember an older template with a similar banner available a few years back. Another blogger friend had it.
thanks for the feedback :) I like green in general (something carried since high school), so I do try to have this blog reflect that.
