A ratty new year

I was born in 1972, making me not just a Rat, but a Water Rat.

Today, it's another Year of the Rat, this time, the Earth Rat.

Hopefully this signals good things coming my way this year.

    I could never tell which element goes with what year but I think I finally figured it out...and me and my parents are all fire!

    kevin> each of the 12 years also have a complementing element (earth, fire, water wood metal), but I don't know the method that determines which element goes when and why :p a "better" chinese zodiac horoscope will take the element into consideration. Hope that helps!
